1) Find a glass jar with a lid which makes a good tight seal.
2) Fill it half way with vinegar.
3) Insert the sausage
4) Add more vinegar until it's all the way to the top.
5) Wait 3 years, 2 months, 4 days, 26 hours, 22 minutes and 2 seconds.
6) Open, slice, eat, enjoy.
