[PYTHON MATRIX-SIG] More naming/module issues

I wouldn't transfer this reputation to any module that calls itself
LAPACK. The interface might be buggy, and it might even do something
else entirely.

Of course users should know what routines a module is based on, but
that shouldn't be part of its name.
