This is accept_these_nonmembers set for the TestUmbrella list.

@Testlist or @testlist should work unless this is cPanel, in which case
it needs to be @testlist_domain (i.e. the cPanel internal list name
prefixed with '@')

Can you post to testlist?

This is acceptable_aliases set for the Testlist list.

It should be Testumbrella at domain, but just Testumbrella should work.

It should work for what you have. Later if you have more lists as
members of the umbrella, you may have an issue that sublist1 does not
accept a post from the umbrella from a member of sublist2. This is
addressed in the FAQ at <http://wiki.list.org/x/boA9>.
