9132C2004FA - delivered to gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com[173.194.66.26]:25
for <tsubasa.jm at gmail.com> after unsuccessfully trying an IPV6 MX
gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com[2a00:1450:400c:c03::1a]:25.

However, this is the poster's address so the message will be discarded
by gmail. See the FAQ at <http://wiki.list.org/x/2IA9>.

978592004FD - delivered to mail1.transip.nl[95.170.72.4]:25 for
<joost at sonogy.nl> after unsuccessfully trying an IPV6 MX
mail1.transip.nl[2a01:7c8:eb::eb1]:25

Presumably, this is an unexplained non-receipt. The message was accepted
by the next hop, so it is apparently neither a Mailman nor a Postfix
issue per se.

ISPs tend to be secretive about why they discard mail and there's often
little you can do. <joost at sonogy.nl> can inquire of TransIP BV as to why
they aren't delivering this mail that he wants to receive, but that's
not likely to help much.

There are various things you need to do. You need to ensure your server
has full circle reverse DNS
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forward-confirmed_reverse_DNS> for the IP
that is sending the mail. You may have IPV4 vs IPV6 issues here.

Also, can you send mail directly from this postfix to <joost at sonogy.nl>
without involving Mailman?

I don't see any smtp log entries here.
