For *most* requests, you can add adminpw=MyPassword:
http://example.com/mailman/admin/ListName_example.com?adminpw=MyPassword
(This doesn't work if you are going directly to the list roster
page for example.)

Use this scheme with caution however, since this can leave your
admin password in the webserver logs.
