[Mailman-Users] setting up an email list

[gagel at cnc.bc.ca]

Assuming a list name of occra you can send a "command" to the list by
sending to occra-request at domain.etc where domain.etc is the domain of
your list.

For the message just use help

It will tell you what to do.
