[Mailman-Users] Attachments in the archives

JPG files show up fine on my machine when accessed via a web browser.  
However, when I click on an attachment link in the Mailman archives, I 
get binary garbage.

I tried searching the archives (www.mail-archive.com was the only 
searchable mailman archive I found), but got an error that said 
something about "Did you forget to run htmerge" and told me to contact 
the site admin whose email address is not listed.  Good planning all 
around.
