That are unique to Mailman? No.

Not in 2,0, mostly (don't know any exceptions) for 2.1.

No, Mailman does not currently support archive requests.

Possible in the sense of Open Source, also possible in terms of RFC 2369
being configurable on/off in 2,1, but that's about it.
