[Mailman-Users] sending a mail to all sub every now and then

	Do you know if it is possible with mailman to send a message to all
subscriber say once a month, f.e. with the policy of the list or other
useful reminders?
	I know you can autoreply to people who send mail to the list, I just would
like the message to reach all subscribers, even the ones who never sent any
mail to the list.
	Maybe it is necessary to use another external software?
