[Mailman-Users] can't auth to see list archives (debian, fix included)

Hmmm, for some reason I thought it wasn't in 2.0.1/2.0.3 -- I only 
noticed this problem in 2.0.4. Maybe some new bug creeped in that just 
confused the issue.
