[Mailman-Users] Reply to Confirmation question

As stated earlier, I have replied to the "Test - confirmation of subscription"
message.

Cron is running (Dan had a good idea, enabling the logger in 'qrunner')

I have the "subscription pending" message in the subscribe log.

I can "see" the data in the data/pending_subscriptons.db file.

How can I figure out why the reply to the confirmation didn't take?
