[Mailman-Users] the URL not found

Dear member,
	who can help me on URL not found other than common FAQ. I set up
like following:
set Alias and directory in httpd.conf 
after I test with test maillist with my own email account,
but once I click the URL, it is reported me error 404.
then I come back to check httpd's error log,
it is said not the httpd/mail.....test ,
I check the file, can not found the public_..../test too.
no test.html, just one test.mbox.
is there any incorrect configuration I done?
