[Mailman-Developers] Configuring mailman without the scripts?

I am unable to find the config files on the server that is hosting me. =
They would probably not appreciate it if I changed them anyways :) Is =
there anyway for me to customize and change the welcome message to =
subscribers? Basically I just want to give them a URL to unsubscribe at =
and remove the info about how to post to the list... Help would be =
TOTALLY appreciated.
