[Bug 1419051] Re: Cannot operate on individual messages in moderation queue

The box on the admindb page lists all the messages and each has a number
([1], [2], etc.) next to the Subject: of that message. That number is a
link to the detail page for that message alone and from there you can
accept, reject or discard that message and if rejecting, provide your
own reason.
