 - french translation catalog ;
 - a few addition of "trans" tags in templates to allow the remaining strings to be translated ;
 - use gettext_lazy instead of gettext in forms.py so the translation mecanism is really working.

I've made small commits without mixing template/code/translation tasks.

You can generate the i18n catalogs using "django-admin.py compilemessages".
