[Bug 1054043] [NEW] List owner does not receive its posts

Public bug reported:

If list owner is at the same time a list subscriber, it (list owner)
does not receive its own posts:

Details:

1. List owner is "name at example.com"
2. "name at example.com" is also a subscriber
3. Posts from "name at example.com" do not come back to "name at example.com" .

Other thing work as expected: archive, other subscribers receive all
posts, etc.
