This means: mailman could, if it tried harder, put a header into the
message with the exact URL of where it archived the message at,
instead of just its current "go look thru the heap, Holmes"
Archived-At header.

Instead users will quote a 3rd party (gmane.org here), which might go
belly up at any time, when referring to the article.
