Summary: fix_url make url indeoendent from host_name

Initial Comment:
we just moved with our mailserver. for each list i had to
bin/withlist -l -r fix_url listname -u urlhost

but then, not only the url of the list changed, what i
wanted, but also the host_name which we use for the
virtual domain name of each list. so i had to change
that back manually afterwards. thats not so nice! at
least, because i have to do that again for each list ...
