Initial Comment:
I run a dozen or more mailing lists with Mailman 2.1.5.
 Last night, I created a new list, but instead of using
the command line like usual, I decided to use the web
interface.  This morning I received an admin email saying:

The Eleets at probo.com mailing list has -1 request(s)
waiting for your consideration at: ...

If I bring up the admin page, it shows me the
instructions as if there were admin requests, but no
requests are listed.

A minor issue, to be sure, but interesting...
