[IronPython] Installing IronPython 2.7b1 over 2.7a1

I saw someone w/ this issue on twitter or stackoverflow or somewhere like
that.  Uninstalling A1 and installing B1 should work.  Maybe "0709" is 
considered less than "1" due to the leading zero and we just need to be 
a little more careful in the future w/ the version numbers.
