[IronPython] Trying to Create a New Silverlight Project

Yeah, I don't think 2.6.1 works w/ Silverlight 4.  But I'm not sure exactly
why it doesn't work.  Jimmy would know better and hopefully he can reply 
whenever he gets into work later in the day.
