Fixes the following bugs:
 - 26089: implements BindInvokeMember on PythonModule's DynamicMetaObject
 - 26277: changes default binder to use type.GetMember and filter results instead of type.GetMethod which throws
 - 25008: adds icon files to IronPython[Console,Window]Any[.Build].csproj
