[IronPython] Running the IronPython tests (on Mono)

Thanks Tomas,

I recall doing a bit of work on this with Ivan last year.  I think we
got most of them performing reasonably.  I don't remember whether we
re-wrote the batch files in ruby or bash or whatever... we should
probably do that at some point...
