[IronPython] I can't install the MSI for IP2.6 RC1

Ah, excellent question.
Yes, after copying the binary zip contents to C:\Program 
Files\IronPython-2.6, I can cut and past the ngen command below (but 
change the space in that command before '2.6' into a hyphen) and it 
works fine.
Puzzled.
