[IronPython] Keyword Arguments For C# Functions

The keyword arguments you've seen used on CLR classes are actually using
properties as initializers.  That is,

tb = System.Windows.Forms.TextBox(Text = 'Hello')

is exactly equivalent to

tb = System.Windows.Forms.TextBox()
tb.Text = 'Hello'
