[IronPython] Latest DLR Hosting Spec?

I checked on this and it looks like we'll have a newer version sometime this week.  I'll respond again when it's available.

Is the file at http://compilerlab.members.winisp.net/dlr-spec-hosting.pdf still the latest publically-available version of the spec?  The PDF was created on Jan 3, 08 but otherwise contains no versioning information.
