[IronPython] 2.0B1 Hosting: Creating Python Types

I've just gotten back from vacation and will resume work on the
project once I recover from the twin devils of "jet lag" and "the
backlog".  I can't make any specific promises about progress right
now, but I'm definitely committed to making some :).
