[IronPython] Switching Mailing List to CodePlex

I believe the advantage would be the discussions would be accessible from the web site as well as the mailing list.

Is there any *advantage* to switching?

This list works fine and is linked to from many places. I'd be -1 on a
switch just for the sake of it
