[IronPython] 2.0 beta3: with statement: SystemError: Operation could destabilize the runtime.

I can reproduce this problem in 2.0 beta 3, but not in the current sources.
This means that the problem should be resolved in beta 4 -- or in the next
source drop to CodePlex, assuming there is one before the next beta.

The bad news is that I can't suggest any workaround for beta 3.
