[IronPython] Another deployment question...

Is that using the 'Pyc' sample? If it is then you aren't invoking Pyc at 
all. Isn't it *likely* to be something like:

ipy.exe pyc.py cycle.py /target:cycle.dll

Can you check the documentation again.
