[IronPython] IronPython Studio and IronPython 2.0

I don't believe there is right now w/o a bunch of work to update to the new 2.0 hosting APIs.

I use IPY 2.0 RC2. I would like to debug through the code in Visual Studio. Can IronPython Studio be configured to use IPY 2.0?
