Yes.

That depends, but I would use 2.0 Betas myself. To give a better
answer, we would need details.

There have been breaking changes in 2.0 Betas, and more will come. But
I think Beta 4 or Beta 5 should be rather close to the final form.
(Much more so than, say, Beta 1.)
