[IronPython] Why IronPython4.0b must need .net 2.0sp1 if I have 3.5

Today, I try to play with IronPython 4.0b, but when I install it, it popups a window and says "IronPython 2.0 Beta4 requires .NET Framework 2.0. SP1". My machine is vista32 with Visual studio 08, so I have .NET Framework 3.5, I do not know why IronPython must work with .net 2.0&sp1 even I have .NET 3.5, and I wander why I can't install .NET 2.0 sp1 too.

Thanks,
BlueTzar
