[IronPython] dispatch console command

It is not possible for me to use the same structure in an easy way.
Since it seems

AttributeError: attribute 'SetCommandDispatcher' of
'ScriptDomainManager' object is read-only

Can the ScriptDomainManager also handle configuration files on a per
assembly base?
