[IronPython] Avalon example application

I wrote a simple Windows Presentation Foundation (a.k.a. Avalon) 
application to drill me in German vocabulary. While the (limited) 
interface is in German, the code is written in English (and the comments 
would be too, if there were any).

It uses XAML for the GUI (including some really ugly animation).
