[IronPython] Compiling in assemblies

IronPython has, in the Hosting namespace, a class PythonCompiler which allows that already. However, while the assemblies generated are true .NET assemblies, they are not easily used from other .NET languages yet - it is not an easy problem to solve.

When the IronPython library end the beta phase, we will can create assemblies? exe, dll, etc...
