[IronPython] To Compile or Not to compile, that's the question

I think that's a very lean way to describe a compiler: it creates an .exe
file. But I see where you're coming from.

IPC is short, so why not?

But as discussed in some of the previous posts, it does produces a
"_main__.exe" when u run the ironpython on a *.py file so it  is producing
IL like a c# compiler.
