[IPython-dev] Move output scrollbar to top?

Hi!
do you guys know a way to move the output scrollbar of (HTML) output in the
IPython notebook to the top of the cell?

When you output wide pandas dataframes with no limit on columns (because
you want to
see them all), it produces an HTML output cell with scrollbars. The
annoying thing is that the horizontal scrollbar is at the bottom, so that
you have to scroll down on the page, then scroll right and finally scroll
up again to see the header of the dataframe.

Is there a hack to place the horizontal scrollbar top? Is this a sensible
default option?
