[IPython-dev] PyQt5?

Thanks, guys.  I'll put some thought into shimming pyqt5 along side
pyqt4 and pyside.  If the pyqt related code is static, then I can just
dump a patch set on here, and it will turn up as a useful google
result for the silent majority of pyqt5 users ;)
