[IPython-dev] Multi-directory support landed in master

Hi all,

A clean install seems to have solved one of the problems I mentioned in 
my previous e-mail, namely, I can now connect to the server, if I 
specify the browser. However, I still can't upload valid notebook files. 
Any ideas?
