To hopefully not derail this thread too much and to speak to Brian's point
about being a legal entity, this is more the sort of thing that would be
appropriate for NumFOCUS to consider.  I suggest you join the NumFOCUS
mailing list and bring it up there <numfocus at googlegroups.com>.
