[IPython-dev] preprocessors and post_processors

Hi,
I was looking through the recent changes, and noticed that in the renaming
of transformers, there are now submodules called

    IPython.nbconvert.preprocessors

and

    IPython.nbconvert.post_processors

It's just a silly aesthetic thing, but it strikes me that either both
submodules should have an underscore, or neither.
