Thanks very much,  I've been very heads down for the past few months and
out of touch with the "best practices" and tools emerging so rapidly around
IPython.
Interesting you mention Cam's book - I stole his CSS styling with his
permission :-)
Going and trying out the auto generate script shortly.
Thanks for the tip and for your awesome project.
