[IPython-dev] A couple of odd behaviours...

I don't have a line from [IPythonQtConsoleApp] with `stream:` in. The
closest I have is...

[IPythonQtConsoleApp] execute: {'status': 'ok', 'execution_count': 0,
'user_variables': {}, 'payload': [], 'user_expressions': {}}
