[IPython-dev] We might actually make 0.13 by June 30, jump in to make it possible!

Can I fork a branch, or branch a branch, on github?

I'm looking at ipython-website 0.13, where Thomas has made some
changes, and I wanted to carry on with his branch, but keep ending up
with a fork of master where they are not merged yet.
