[IPython-dev] 43 PRs merged in a week, not bad

I've found an interesting metric to be the ratio of all issues that
are open. That probably will be hard to compute for you guys since
you've switched issue trackers and since GitHub makes it hard to
distinguish between issues and pull requests.
