0.12.1.rc2 made<http://archive.ipython.org/testing/0.12.1/ipython-0.12.1.rc2.tar.gz>,
with minor tweaks:

* unminified prettify.js included for packagers
* don't gzip manpages in sdist
* use raw-string band-aid for #1635 to get Windows test passing

I've got all tests passing on my machines, so I expect this will be 0.12.1
unless anyone reports issues.
