[Inpycon] [PyDelhi Conference 2023] Tickets Opened!!

Hi Ishan,

Please check the schedule for tickets once.

For regular tickets the last date mentioned is 20th August and for late
bird tickets Registration is from 16th August. Is it something
intentionally kept or a typo error?
Please check once.
