[Inpycon] Community Partner Program is live

As some of you might already know, this year we started a new initiative
called Community Partner Program. I'm writing to you today to announce the
launch of the PyCon India Community Partner Program. This program is
designed to help us reach various tech communities in India and collaborate
with them under one roof during the conference. More details about the
