Hi Everyone,
I hope there are no objections with the event format, date, and venue. 
The pros and cons are provided below:

Pros:
   * A split venue format allows us to choose a venue appropriate for 
the event format
   * Using a smaller venue for the workshops and devsprints, reduces the 
overall cost of the event.
   * Both the venues are located close to Tech Parks and Research 
Institutions

Cons & Mitigation:
   * The venues are approx. 8 km apart (20 min travel time during 
non-peak traffic hours). People who are attending the devsprints, can 
take up a hotel that is equidistant from both the venues. So that they 
are only 4-5 km away from both the venues.

We will be finalizing the venue this week. We will have to pay a 
*non-refundable* advance amount (2,00,000 Rs) to book the venue. This is 
an irreversible decision, so please raise concerns if any, now.
